Dermatology and My FSA

- Face Lifts or other cosmetic procedures are not covered under an FSA. Botox is only covered if a doctor recommends it for a medical condition. Electrolysis or laser hair removal is not covered by an FSA.

- Acne Treatments in the office are covered under an FSA. Medical services and non-cosmetic procedures are covered. Over the counter acne medications are covered with a doctor's prescription.
