Adults and children 2 years and over gently apply a thick layer on the chest & throat or apply on aching muscles. Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired. It's important to keep clothing loose around the throat & chest to help vapors reach the nose & mouth. Repeat up to 3 times for 24 hours or as directed by a doctor.
