Marketing Communications Assistant, Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Create presentations, one sheets, etc. for sales/business development team.
  • Develop and execute the sales/business development team's trade show strategy.
  • Manage the development of customer facing promotional materials – emails, banners, coupons, flyers etc.
  • Manage direct to partner communications – monthly newsletter, alerts.
  • Develop and manage partner surveys to understand our partner's needs.
  • Develop and manage customer and surveys and translate for selling purposes.

Requirements:

  • B.A. in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years experience in supporting a sales or business development team
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management
  • Have creative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Superior follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and organizational skills

Marketing Operations Analyst, Full Time

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in marketing analytics, operations and/or website testing. A bachelor degree in marketing, communications or business, and experience with Excel, HTML and CSS is required. Javascript and SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across email, loyalty and affiliate channels.
  • Work with VP of Marketing on all website testing initiatives; experience with Optimizely or any other A/B testing platform is a plus.
  • Create internal dashboards across email, loyalty, and other channels.
  • Continually monitor performance of metrics to identify new trends or flag potential issues.
  • Help answer ad-hoc big (and small) questions by analyzing company data from any and all channels and sources including search, display, social, mobile, website, email, CRM, etc.
  • Analyze and document the impact of significant online and offline marketing tactics, site changes, promotions, events and other key drivers of traffic and web visitor behavior.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years prior experience in an analytics role
  • Experience with a web analytics platform (Google Analytics)
  • Advanced user of Excel
  • Experience with a web analytics platform (Google Analytics)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting data and providing
  • Strong intellectual curiosity combined with a talent for recognizing correlations, trends, and statistical irregularities
  • Good understanding of web technologies and e-Commerce best practices
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or Business
