We believe in treating all employees with respect on a personal and professional level, which is why we embrace a flat management structure that encourages the spirit of creativity and collaboration without the pressure of an established worker hierarchy. Our employees come from all ages and professional backgrounds, and over time we hope that they feel part of an extended family working toward shared goals, both by utilizing their core abilities and helping them grow their professional skill sets in the process.

On an annual basis, we conduct culture reviews with each of our employees to better understand their career goals, work though any issues they may have in their position and provide an open forum for employees to share their vision for our company moving forward. Our employees are the drivers of growth and development in everything we do, so knowing that they have a stake in crafting the company's overall culture and practices is pivotal in building a cohesive team.

We believe that our success is tied to our positive relationship with the New York City community that calls us home, so we encourage our employees to volunteer for and sponsor a variety of charitable causes! In the past, we have worked with New York Rescue Mission, Relay For Life in NJ, and many other organizations that offer a helping hand to the underprivileged in our area. If an employee has a personal connection to a charity or cause, we will put our best foot forward to support it.

Health Benefits

We sell thousands of products to keep our customers healthy, and we believe in helping our employees do the same. We subsidize our employees' gym memberships to encourage them to live healthier lifestyles, as well as keeping our office stocked with fresh fruit and healthy snacks. And if you love to play sports, you can join our (defending champion) volleyball team that competes each summer with other NYC-area companies.
