For Heat Therapy:
- Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds.
- Add increments of 30 seconds for additional warmth.
- Lightly touch test prior to use.
- Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 2 hours.
For Cold Therapy:
- Place wrap in a large bag and keep in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.
- Expect 8-10 minutes of gentle cool therapy per freezing cycle.
