If it’s your first time using the Caring Mill™ Hip and Back Acupressure Cushion, we recommend a 15-minute session to start. First-time acupressure cushion users may feel strange or even uncomfortable using it. Any discomfort will subside as your body responds to the stimulator’s effects. Pain relief usually begins after a few minutes of contact. To begin, place the cushion under your back, aligning it with key muscle areas to relieve tension and enhance relaxation. Perform gentle movements while lying on the cushion, allowing the pressure points to stimulate circulation and release muscle tightness.

The Caring Mill™ Hip and Back Acupressure Cushion pain relief effects are best facilitated by contacting your bare skin. For some, this may be overwhelming, and clothing can be worn to reduce sensitivity to the cushion’s stimulators.
