  • Two Large 5" × 5" & Two Small 2.88" × 2.88"
  1. CHILL – Freeze pack in this bag for 30–60 minutes.
  2. PEEL – Remove the protective cover.
  3. STICK – Apply to clean, dry skin.
  4. RESEAL – Replace the cover & return to freezer in this bag.

Keep adhesive side clean and covered between uses. Reusable & re-stickable up to 100 times.
