- Connect the power cord to the heating pad and plug into an outlet.
- Place pad on the desired treatment area.
- Press the On/Off button to turn it on (default is 86°F for 2 hours).
- Press the MODE button to switch between time and heat settings.
- Use the + or – buttons to adjust temperature or timer.
- Heating pad turns off when timer ends; unplug when not in use.
