  1. Hold the Eustachi firmly against a nostril opening – creating a tight seal. Plug the other nostril closed.
  2. Press the Eustachi power button to start the airflow and help to open your Eustachian Tubes by swallowing while the Eustachi button is pressed. 
  3. Repeat if needed in other nostril.
