The open patella design and stitched buttress help with patellar tracking and provide added support, eliminating gliding and twisting at the knee. This knee brace also evenly distributes weight-bearing pressure over the knee joint to help with arthritic and meniscus pain, and it’s made with durable, heat-therapeutic neoprene that supports and warms muscles and joints to help with arthritic knees, chronic aches, and stiffness.
Adjustable and universal, it’s designed to fit most sizes, accommodating up to a 22ʺ thigh circumference (measured 4ʺ above the knee). Plus, the bound edges provide comfort and durability.

- Position the kneecap in the center of the support
- Wrap the middle strap behind the knee and secure the fastening
- Fasten the bottom and top straps and adjust until firm but comfortable

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
