Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Menthol, Glycerin, Benzalkonium Chloride, Benzyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 80, Sodium Bicarbonate

Before first use, expel a short stream of mist. 

  1. Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril and press down on the textured area at the base of the nozzle so that a gentle mist coats nasal passages.
  2. Blow your nose very gently to clear the mucus out.
  3. Repeat for the other nostril.
  4. To flush and irrigate, tilt head to the side over sink.
  5. Insert tip of nozzle into the top nostril depressing on textured area at base of nozzle so that a gentle mist fills sinus passages and flows out nostrils.
  6. Repeat in other nostril.

The use of this dispenser by more than one person may spread infection.

Do not use for children under age 2.

Store between 59° and 86 °F (15° and 30°C).

Avoid spraying in eyes.

Extra strength (hypertonic) saline contains a higher level of salt to draw water out of swollen nasal tissues, allowing for better drainage.

It is possible that hypertonic saline may cause temporary burning or stinging. If this bothersome, consider using an isotonic spray.
