Some side effects of the morning after pill include nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue, headache, menstrual changes or bleeding, dizziness, breast tenderness, and vomiting.

The morning after pill is an Over-the-Counter (OTC) drug that contains a medicine and can be purchased online or at a drug store. Even though it can be purchased without a prescription, a prescription is still required for reimbursement.
