What is the FSA Perks® Program?

The FSA Perks® Program is our rewards program that allows you to earn points that you can redeem for coupon codes that are valid on future purchases at FSAstore.com. There are three tiers in the program, and as you advance to a higher level within the FSA Perks® Program, you earn rewards even faster.

How do I join the program?

It's easy to join the program. Simply create an account at FSAstore.com. Whenever you make a purchase or complete another points-earning activity, the account that you are signed in to will earn points.

How do I earn FSA Perks® points?

There are many ways to earn points. You will always earn points for the purchases you make at FSAstore.com. You can also earn points for signing up for our email newsletter, updating your FSA Deadline Tracker, sharing our posts on social media, and referring a friend that makes a purchase. Non-purchase activities may have a frequency cap on how often you can earn points for completing those activities. You may also have opportunities to earn points during special point-based promotions.

How do I know how many points I have accumulated?

You can always see your current points balance from the FSA Perks® Dashboard. Log in to FSAstore.com and visit this page to see your available points and past points earning/redemption activities: https://fsastore.com/Members/Loyalty.aspx

Can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?

Yes, we can help merge points into one account if you have used multiple email addresses to place orders on FSAstore.com. Please note that we will only carry over points earned from placing orders to the designated account, since we limit the frequency at which users can earn points for non-order activities. We will verify that the names and addresses on the two accounts match.

Do I earn points for purchases on Rx glasses and contact lenses?

You will not earn points on an order of glasses or contact lenses. Glasses and contacts are sold on a separate partner site and orders placed on that site do not count as an eligible order for earning FSA Perks® points. The expiration date of your points will not be extended if you place an order of glasses or contacts.

What happens to my FSA Perks® points when I cancel or return my order?

The points you earned on the canceled or returned items will be deducted from your FSA Perks® balance when you cancel or return your order. It is possible to have a negative points balance after you cancel or return an order.

What happens to my FSA Perks® points when part of my order is cancelled?

If part of your order is cancelled, your points balance will be adjusted and the points equivalent to the cancelled items will be deducted from your balance. It is possible to have a negative points balance after you cancel part of an order.

I should have earned points for an order, but I don't see the points added to my total points balance. What should I do?

Please check the FSA Perks® dashboard here to see if your order is reflected in your activity summary. If the activity does not show up after 3 days from the date of your order, please reach out to us at customercare@fsastore.com and our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Please include your order number in the email to expedite the process. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you receive after placing your order.

Do I need to have a Flexible Spending Account or use a Flexible Spending Account card to earn points on orders?

No, you do not need to have a Flexible Spending Account or use a specific card to earn points on orders you place. We will award points for all forms of payment.

Do my FSA Perks® points expire?

Points expire 6 months (180 days) following your last order date.

How do I extend the expiration date of my FSA Perks® points?

Every time you order, you extend the expiration date of your points by another 6 months. You can reset the expiration date of your points by placing an order before your points expire.

What rewards can I redeem with my FSA Perks® points?

Points can be redeemed for coupon codes that can be used on future orders placed at FSAstore.com. You can redeem coupons in increments of $5.

Are there any limitations to the number of rewards that I can redeem?

There is no limit to the number of rewards coupons that you can redeem. The smallest denomination of points that can be redeemed at one time is 150 points for a $5 reward coupon. You cannot redeem fewer than 150 points at a time. Balances under 150 points cannot be exchanged for a partial value reward coupon.

How do I redeem points for coupon codes?

Visit the loyalty dashboard here and click the "Spend Points" tab to access all points redemption options. Click the award you wish to redeem and click "Confirm" to get the reward and deduct the equivalent number of points from your balance.

Where can I find my rewards coupon codes?

Visit the loyalty dashboard here and look at the "Activity" tab to see all loyalty activities. Any coupon rewards that you have redeemed will be listed here, along with their unique coupon codes.

Can I combine FSA Perks® rewards coupons with other promotions or coupon codes?

Rewards cannot be combined with generic coupon-based promotions or other coupon codes. However, there is no limit to the number of FSA Perks® reward codes that you can combine together in the same order.

Can I return or exchange the coupon codes that I have redeemed with my points?

Once you have redeemed points for a coupon code, you cannot reverse that action. Rewards coupons cannot be returned for points added back to your total points balance, or exchanged for rewards coupons of different values.

Do rewards coupons expire?

Rewards coupons do not expire. Once you have redeemed points for a coupon code, that rewards coupon is yours to keep and use at any point in the future.

What are the different tiers in the FSA Perks® Program and what do they mean?

There are three tiers in the FSA Perks® Program: (1) Bronze, (2) Silver, and (3) Gold. Higher tiers unlock more rewards and the opportunity to earn additional points on every order.

What do I get when I achieve a different tier status within the FSA Perks® Program?

You unlock both a one-time reward for qualifying for the next tier, and a point earning multiplier on all future purchases.

When you achieve Silver status, you will receive a one-time 15% off coupon code that can be used on your next purchase. You will earn 1.25 points for every dollar you spend on future orders.

When you achieve Gold status, you will receive a one-time 20% off coupon code that can be used on your next purchase. You will earn 1.5 points for every dollar you spend on future orders.

How are points multipliers applied to the points that I earn?

You will earn points at a faster rate once you qualify for a higher tier. Silver status users earn 1.25x points for every dollar spent. Gold status users earn 1.5x points for every dollar spent. Points multipliers are only applied on points earned from placing orders. Regardless of tier level, all users will receive the same number of set points for non-order activities (e.g. sharing a post on social media, referring a friend, updating FSA deadline tracker).

When do I start earning the points multiplier after qualifying into a higher tier?

You will earn the points multiplier tied to a higher status tier on the first order you place after qualifying for a higher tier. You cannot earn additional points on past orders retroactively.

After I achieve a higher tier status within the FSA Perks® Program, does my status expire?

You will retain your points status for the calendar year following the year you achieved the status. For example, if you achieve Gold status in November 2017, you will remain in the Gold tier until December 31, 2018 without needing to place additional orders.

How can I retain my tier status beyond one additional calendar year after I achieve status?

To retain your tier status, spend the minimum needed for the tier ($200 for Silver and $400 for Gold) in every consecutive year. For example, if you achieve Gold status in November 2017, you will remain in the Gold tier until December 31, 2018 without needing to place additional orders. In order to remain in the Gold tier through the 2019 calendar year, spend at least $400 in 2018. If you spend $200 or more but less than $400, you will start in the Silver tier on January 1, 2019.
