  • What does "FSA Eligible" mean?
  • Ans: FSA Eligible means that in most every case this product or service will be covered by your Flexible Spending Account plan. FSAStore.com is a member of SIGIS and has implemented IIAS standards that supplies the list of every product that is FSA eligible. The debit card you use on our site will process your transaction and instantaneously approve your FSA purchases.
  • Are all of your products FSA eligible?
  • Ans: Yes. However, there are certain Flexible Spending Accounts that do not cover each and every item, this is sometimes set up by employers which limits some of the products you can buy. Most people will know whether their employer has limited the purchases that qualify but other than those rare FSA accounts, everything is eligible under the IIAS list that is the standard for FSA eligible products.
  • Can I still shop if I don't have an FSA account?
  • Ans: Yes! You can shop and checkout, We accept all major credit cards and all FSA Debit Cards!
  • Do you accept my FSA Debit Card?
  • Ans: Yes, we accept all FSA debit cards. If you do not have an FSA debit card you can print out a receipt and submit to your FSA administrator to get reimbursed as you would normally with all of your FSA purchases.
  • Do I have to submit receipts for my purchases at FSAStore.com?
  • Ans: If you do not have an FSA debit card you can print out a receipt and submit to your FSA administrator to get reimbursed as you would normally with all of your FSA purchases. You can print receipts after you make your order, or come back anytime to access your account. Please Note: Although we accept FSA Debit Cards, your FSA Administrator might require a receipt for your purchase to substantiate the claim.
  • Do you accept insurance?
  • Ans: Most OTC products are not covered by insurance so there is no need for insurance plans to process claims for your purchases. For those Home Health Care Products such as Wheelchairs and other products that might be covered by insurance we recommend that you consult your Insurance plan to see what might be covered by insurance first.
  • What is a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
  • Ans: A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows consumers to deduct pre-tax dollars from their paychecks and deposit those funds in employer-sponsored accounts to pay for medical expenses - including over-the-counter, prescription, and vision health essentials. Consumers then can shop using their debit cards for eligible expenses or submit expense receipts to healthcare administrators for reimbursement.   • How do I know which items are eligible for FSA reimbursement?
  • Ans: Since we only offer FSA Eligible Products we clearly mark over-the-counter (OTC) products with this icon: Note: Although the IRS sets guidelines for FSA programs, individual employers have the final determination of which expenses are covered by their FSA programs. However, it is rare for employers to change on their own what is eligible. We are a member of SIGIS which sets the eligible product list. The FSA icon displayed on our site does not guarantee you will be reimbursed. Check with your employer for the specific guidelines of your program.

  • Do you ship outside the U.S?
  • Ans: No, we currently only ship to physical addresses within the U.S.A. Flexible Spending Accounts are only offered in the United States.
  • Can I return my items?
  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from FSAstore.com, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Because of the nature of the products (over-the-counter drugs), regulations will not allow us to accept any returns of products with packaging that has been opened or with seals that have been tampered with. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If you choose to return a product within these guidelines, we will gladly accept it and process a full refund of the product. Returns must be approved and authorized; we are unable to accept returned items without an authorized return number.

    If you are returning a product for any other reason, we will process a refund calculated as total order amount minus the return shipping charges and 10% restocking fee.
    Please follow these steps to make an approved return.

    Please be ready to provide the agent with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and a reason for which the item is being returned to us.

    Step 2: A customer service representative will then send you an email with instructions for your return.

    Once your return has been approved, you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original card used for this purchase. Please note that the funds will take 2-3 days to transfer back to your account.
  • What is your shipping policy and what options do you offer?
  • Ans: All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days from the day the order was placed. Any orders placed after 5 p.m. Eastern will be processed the next business day. We are currently shipping through UPS Ground Service only. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for more details.
  • Will my order be subject to sales tax?

    Orders Subject to Sales Tax:

    We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipping to addresses in these states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee. The tax applied to your order will be the combined state and local rate for the zip code where your order is shipped.

    Self-Reporting State Sales & Use Tax:

    We do not collect sales tax on orders shipping outside of the above mentioned states. However, just because we do not collect, and are not required to collect sales tax in other states, does not necessarily exempt you from paying a sales or use tax in your state. A purchase is not exempt merely because it was made via the Internet or other remote methods. In particular, the states of Colorado, South Dakota, Oklahoma, and Vermont require the reporting and payment of use tax for out of state untaxed purchases.
