Shipping is an FSA-eligible expense at FSAstore.com
Yes, you read that correctly. You can shop at FSAstore.com with your Flexible Spending Account (FSA). FSAstore.com accepts all FSA cards and major credit cards. The shipping fee is considered an FSA eligible expense and you can use an FSA card to cover that cost.
We work hard to get an order out from the shipment facility to you as fast as possible. To help expedite this process, we might split your order into multiple shipments – this depends on which FSA eligible item you purchased, or on product availability or the size of your order.
Can I make changes to the order?
We send your order over to our warehouse almost instantaneously to ensure as quick a delivery as possible. As a result, you cannot make any changes if the order has a “Getting Ready to Ship” or “Shipped” status.
There are (rare) circumstances directly out of our control including inclement weather or extremely high order volume coinciding with FSA plan-year deadlines, but we still aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. You may be able to reroute an order, but the order is subject to any fees associated with rerouting.
Though we ship to mostly every state in the U.S., we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also cannot ship to PO Box addresses because UPS only ships to valid street addresses.
If you have an order over $50, the order qualifies for free shipping. If the order is less than $50, we charge a standard flat shipping fee of $5.99.
