Ingredients: Clay Beads, Millet Buds, Lavender Buds, Sorghum
For Heat Therapy:
- Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds, add increments of 30 seconds for additional warmth
- Lightly touch test prior to use
- Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 2 hours
For Cold Therapy:
- Place wrap in a large bag and keep in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use
- Expect 8-10 minutes of gentle cool therapy per freezing cycle
Do not microwave for longer than instructed on the box.
Lightly touch test prior to use.
Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 2 hours.
