Step 1: Prepare the Device
- Ensure the 3 MHz probe is securely connected to the main device.
Step 2: Power On the Device
- Press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up.
- The LCD display will show “0 BPM” before detection begins.
Step 3: Locate the Baby’s Heartbeat
- Gently place the probe on your lower abdomen (just above the pubic bone).
- Move the probe slowly in small circular motions until a rhythmic heartbeat sound is heard.
Tip: In early pregnancy (around 12–16 weeks), locating the heartbeat may take a few minutes. Move the probe slowly and steadily.
Step 4: Listen and Monitor
- Once detected, the heartbeat will play through the built-in speaker.
- The LCD screen will display the heart rate in beats per minute (BPM).
Step 5: After Use
- Wipe the probe clean with a soft, dry cloth or tissue.
- Turn off the device and store it in a cool, dry place.
