  1. Shake well before use
  2. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
  3. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating
  4. Reapply immediately after towel drying
  5. Reapply at least every 2 hours
  6. Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  7. Wear protective clothing and sunglasses
