Caring Mill™ is a line of premium healthcare products that supports a healthy lifestyle for individuals and their families. With every purchase of a Caring Mill™ product, a donation is made to Children's Health Fund — a non-profit organization that provides health treatments to thousands of underserved children in the United States.

Features:

  • Designed to conform to and cushion teeth
  • Prevents damage from grinding and biting
  • Stays in place all night

Includes:

  • 2 guards, 1 case
  • Instructions for use
  1. Immerse the dental guard in hot water (170-180°) with the raised top lip remaining above the water line. Do not submerge completely, as removing the hot guard may be difficult or dangerous.
  2. Remove the guard from the hot water after 15 seconds, it will be soft.
  3. Quickly place the guard over your top teeth, suck out any air and water, and use your fingers to press the guard firmly against your top teeth, ensuring close contact.
  4. Use your tongue to push the inside of the dental guard at the same time.
  5. After about 5 seconds, remove the guard and rinse with cold water.
  6. Carefully cut the excess material along the top of the tray with scissors.
  7. If these steps fail, you can reform the guard in 170-180° hot water, and start the fitting process again, without any adverse effects.
