• Before Use: Use a wet towel or tissues to make your neck skin moist, then wear the product, and adjust the position to make the massage pole piece against the skin.
• Short press the on/off button to turn on the machine.
• Choose the appropriate mode and intensity to start the massage. It is recommended to start with the lowest level, and gradually increase the level if you can handle it

Modes Chosen: Short press the on/off button. (10 massage modes)

Intensity/Hot Compress: Short press the increase/decrease button. (16 levels for intensity)

Use for 15 minutes to 30 minutes a day, when finished, long press the on/off button to turn off the product

• If the patient is present. When high-frequency surgical equipment and this product are used at the same time, the electrode parts of the product may cause burns and may damage the product.
• The output of the product may be unstable if the product is used in the vicinity (within 1 meter) of the shortwave or microwave treatment equipment.
• The electrode should avoid wounds and scars during massage.
• When massaging, the electrode should not be placed near the heart in the chest, otherwise it will increase the risk of heart fibrillation.
• This product is recommended to use for one person. 
• When cross-user use, please clean the electrode on the product before use. When using the product, the electrode should be tightly attached to the skin and even contact. 
• The electrode sheet of this product has the function of heating, and the use of a hot compress on the same part for a long time (more than 15 minutes) may lead to low-temperature burns.
