Heating Instructions
- Heating instructions are based on 900-Watt Microwave.
- Heat the hat in 20 second increments for no more than 60 seconds total.
- Heat one side for 20 seconds, then flip and heat for an additional 20 seconds.
- If additional heat is desired, flip and heat for an additional 20 seconds.
Reheating
Place in microwave for 10 seconds. If needed, the hat may be heated for another 10 seconds to get maximum heat. Do not reheat for more than 30 seconds total.
Cooling Instructions
- Put the Headache & Migraine Relief Hat inside a protective freezer safe bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour.
Re-Cooling
- Same as Cooling Instructions.
Care Instructions:
- Cool completely on a non-flammable surface.
- When completely cool, store in a cool, dry place.
- Do not bleach or submerge in water.
- Do not machine wash. To clean, use a damp cloth to lightly wipe surface.
- Do not put in freezer if Headache & Migraine Relief Hat is wet.
- As with any object placed in the microwave, heating the Headache & Migraine Relief Hat for more than the recommended time can create a potential fire hazard.
- Never leave item unattended in microwave.
- Always check temperature of the hat to ensure desired heat or coldness before use.
- This item is not a toy, please keep away from pets and children.
- If contents are leaking, discontinue use and discard.
For external use only. Do not apply to areas with poor blood circulation or any wounds
