Open the bag by hand (do not cut with scissors). Remove the Heat Therapy Patch and peel off the covering layer. Attach it to the outer layer of the underwear. Provides up to 8 hours of heat plus an additional 4 hours of pain relief once the product is removed. Actual duration depends on usage and storage conditions.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place that is out of direct sunlight.
For external use only. Do not apply to skin directly which might result in reddening, blisters or burns. Do not apply to thin or delicate fabrics like silk or linen. Do not use in one area for more than 12 hours. Do not use on swollen bruises or if you are diabetic. Do not use while sleeping, with an electric blanket or heating pad, or when you are using a portable heater. Do not heat in a microwave. If you have poor circulation, are pregnant, or have rheumatoid arthritis, consult a physician before using. Monitor frequently if you have sensitive skin. If ingested, contact poison control center. Keep out of reach of children.
