Perineal Healing Foam
Active Ingredients: 50% Witch Hazel
Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water, Alcohol, Sodium Lauroamphoacetate, Chamomilla Recutita
Extract, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Tocopherol Phenoxyethanol, Phenoxyethanol, Dehydroacetic Acid,
Citric Acid, Mentha Piperita Oil, Sodium Citrate
Step 1: Peri Wash Bottle:
- Spray a steady stream of warm water during urination for soothing comfort. For external use only.
- Fill with warm water, screw on the cap, and extend nozzle firmly.
- While on the toilet, invert the bottle between legs and aim the spray nozzle towards the perineal area without touching the skin.
- Gently squeeze the bottle to start the stream of water, begin urination, and continue the stream of water.
- Use for gentle cleansing as needed.
- After each use, disassemble, clean, and rinse thoroughly with soap and warm water only. Do not boil.
Step 2: Perineal Healing Foam:
- Pump it onto a new pad after each use or apply it directly to the perineum with a clean tissue.
- You can repeat as needed throughout the day.
- Refrigerate if desired for extra cooling relief.
Step 3: Hot & Cold Packs/Disposable Sleeves:
- For Cold Therapy: Freeze pack for 4 hours before use.
- For Heat Therapy: Microwave for the time indicated below.
- 25 seconds at 700 watts,19 seconds at 1000 watts,16 seconds at 1250 watts
- Gently massage pad to evenly distribute heat as indicated by color-changing pearls and test temperature prior to use. Add time in 5 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Heat only one pack at a time.
- May be used with or without disposable sleeves.
Hot and cold packs:
Follow heating and cooling instructions as directed. Always test pack temperature prior to application. Do not rely on color of beads to indicate temperature. Prolonged application may cause injury, including burns. Do not use on infants. Do not use if you have poor circulation. Do not use heat therapy on stitches or an open wound. Do not fall asleep using pack. Keep out of reach of children. For extreme, prolonged, or chronic pain, contact a physician, Use only as directed, Heating beyond suggested time may damage or destroy pack. Do not puncture pack and/or ingest contents, For external use only. Do not place disposable sleeves in microwave.

When using this product ■ Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
■ Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless directed by a doctor ■ Do not put this product
into the rectum by using finger or any mechanical device or applicator.
Stop use and ask a doctor if ■ Rectal bleeding occurs. ■ Condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days.
