Inactive Ingredients: Aspartame, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, FD&C Yellow No.6 Aluminum Lake, Malic Acid, Maltodextrin, Natural and Artificial Orange Flavors, Potassium Citrate, Riboflavin

Adults and children 12 years of age and older may take 1 tablespoon at a time of this fiber powder, up to three times daily.

Children ages 6 to 11 years may take 2 level teaspoons up to three times daily. 

Simply add the appropriate dose of the water soluble fiber powder to at least 8 oz. of water or juice, stir briskly and drink promptly. 

Citrucel can take anywhere between 12 to 72 hours to produce results; it's best to start using at the first sign of constipation or irregularity.

Choking warning: 

Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. 

Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.

Ask a doctor before use if you have:

• Sudden change in bowel habits that persists for 2 weeks
• Abdominal pain
• Nausea or vomiting

Stop use and ask a doctor if:

• Constipation lasts more than 7 days
• You have rectal bleeding

These could be signs of a serious condition.
