Sodium, magnesium, corn syrup, sugar. Contains less than 2% of: agar, carnauba wax, citric acid, fractioned coconut oil, locust bean gum, natural flavors, purple carrot juice concentrate (color), tapioca starch.

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: 4 gummies daily
Children 6-11 years of age: 2 gummies daily
Children 4-5 years of age: 1 gummy daily
