This reusable menstrual disc is consciously designed for increased comfort, ease of use, and reliable period protection for up to 12 hours of continuous wear. Made from 100% medical grade silicone and pigments, it provides a safe and effective alternative to disposable menstrual products while supporting comfortable and hygienic menstrual care.
The disc holds up to 36 ml of fluid, equivalent to approximately seven regular tampons of flow, helping manage light to heavy days with fewer changes. Its flexible design folds to the size of a tampon for easy insertion, while the soft rim allows the disc to sit comfortably at the base of the cervix. The oval-shaped design helps prevent rotation during wear for a more secure fit.
A patent pending Leakproof Shield helps prevent mid wear leaks and supports cleaner removal. The anti-slip pull tab stays within reach to allow easier and more controlled removal when it is time to empty the disc.

- Before using your DIVA™ Disc for the first time, sanitize it in a pot of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Place it inside a metal whisk to keep it from touching the bottom of the pot.
- Insertion: Pinch the DIVA™ Disc lengthwise. Hold the folded disc between your thumb and forefinger with the anti-slip pull-tab facing out and away from your body. Push the opposite end of the pinched disc into your vagina horizontally. Then, tuck it in place behind your pubic bone.
- Removal: When it’s time to empty your DIVA™ Disc, wash your hands. Using your index finger, untuck the front rim from behind the pubic bone. Loop your finger into the anti-slip pull-tab and gently slide the disc out, keeping it horizontal to avoid spills. Empty your flow into the toilet, sink, or shower and wash your disc wash or a mild, artificial fragrance-free, oil-free soap.
Care and Cleansing: Wash your disc at the beginning of your cycle and after every removal. Use DIVA™ Wash or a mild, unscented, oil-free soap for best results.
Storing your Disc: Always use the organic cotton pouch to store your DIVA™ Disc between cycles. Keep it away from perfumes and never store it in an airtight container.
