Size:
- Men’s 8–14, trims to fit
- If the current shoe insoles are removable, take them out first.
- Place the removed insoles against the back of your orthotic insole and trim to match the old insole size.
- If the current shoe insoles are not removable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide on the bottom of the insole.
- Place insoles in your shoes, toes first, with the cloth side up.
- Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
- Replace every six months or at the first sign of wear.
- Stop use if pain or irritation occurs
