Single-use only.

  1. Pinch disc in half for insertion.
  2. Insert the disc down and back toward the tailbone as far as comfortable.
  3. Tuck the front rim behind the pubic bone to secure in place.
  4. Wear for up to 12 hours.
  5. After use, remove and discard.
