  1. Wash hands and the disc with warm water and mild soap before use.
  2. Pinch the disc in half with the notch facing upward.
  3. Insert the disc into the vaginal canal, angling it down and back toward the tailbone.
  4. Push the disc as far back as comfortable, then tuck the front rim behind the pubic bone to secure it in place.
  5. If inserted correctly, the disc should feel comfortable and not be noticeable.
  6. Wear for up to 12 hours.
  7. During use, contents may release while using the bathroom; re-tuck the disc into place afterward if needed.
  8. To remove, wash hands and gently hook a finger under the rim to pull the disc out while keeping it level.
  9. Empty contents into the toilet and clean the disc according to provided cleaning instructions before reinserting or storing.
  10. Refer to cleaning instructions for proper care and maintenance.
