1. Plug the heat it™ device into your smartphone’s USB-C port (compatible with iPhone 15+ or Android devices).

2. Open the free heat it™ app (available on iOS and Google Play) and select your preferred treatment setting.

3. Start the treatment via the app – the tip will heat up briefly.

4. Hold it on the skin until the signal indicates the treatment is complete
