This June, FSA Store is celebrating our 5-year anniversary! Five years ago, our founder launched our site to make it easy for all with a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to use their accounts!

The FSA Store Mission

It's been estimated that around 35 million Americans have employer-sponsored Flexible Spending Account (FSAs), which they use to save on out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.Our mission has always been to make it easy and convenient for FSA account holders to use their FSA, and we do this by exclusively selling products covered by an FSA, and by providing tools/resources. Our comprehensive Eligibility List lets you search for all types of covered expenses, whether it's for medical services or products. This list is not just for FSAs, but also for Health Savings Accounts or even Dependent Care FSAs. No matter what new tools we've created, we want to make it easy to use an FSA. We also offer an FSA Learning Center to answer any questions about FSAs, an FSA Calculator that lets you estimate your savings, and an Rx Process to allow you to submit prescriptions for any over-the-counter drugs that need a prescription for FSA reimbursement.

When you’re shopping in a drugstore, it can also be difficult to tell what's covered with your FSA. Walking down the aisles, you won't know what's covered unless you have a list or proceed to the checkout where your receipt might tell you what's covered. On our site, everything is clearly marked - either as 100% covered, or covered if you have a prescription (necessary per healthcare reform that requires all products with medical ingredients).

How can I use an FSA?

You can use an FSA for everything ranging from first aid to breast pumps to sunscreen to shoe inserts and more. You can also use an FSA account for medical services including dental care and routine eye exams.

Please note: if you have questions about your FSA balance, any claims you submitted for reimbursement, and anything else related to your FSA account, please contact your FSA administrator. FSA Store cannot access your FSA account nor will we know what's specifically covered under your plan. Your plan guidelines will tell you what expenses are covered, or you can contact your FSA administrator or HR department for more questions. But, you can shop with us and ask us about products!

Do you have an FSA card? If you do, you can easily use it on our site. FSA cards let you readily use a card that auto-subtracts expenses from your card. Even if you don't have an FSA card, you can still shop with us and submit paperwork to your FSA administrator to get reimbursed.
