Size:

  1. Test the insole in the shoe before use
  2. If possible, remove the existing insole and use it as a template for trimming
  3. Do not use the existing insole together with this product
  4. If the existing insole is unavailable, use the trimming lines as a guide and trim with a sharp tool
  5. The insole should be approximately 1/2" longer than your foot
  6. Test the fit in the shoe and trim small amounts as needed
  7. Position the insole fabric side up against the back of the shoe
  8. Ensure the insole is flat, level, and comfortable before wear
  9. Wear for 1 to 2 hours a day initially until your feet adjust
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Not intended for people with severe foot deformities or circulatory disorders that may result in infections or foot ulcerations
  • If you have diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis, use only under medical supervision
  • Consult a podiatrist or healthcare professional to confirm product suitability
  • Follow medical guidance regarding duration of use
  • Ensure the insole fits comfortably and does not restrict blood flow
  • Always use both insoles, even if discomfort is only present in one foot
