2. Wash hands and clean breasts before each pumping session
3. Clean and disinfect all parts that come into contact with breast milk before first use and after each use
4. Assemble the breast pump according to the product instructions and ensure all parts are securely connected
5. Fully charge the battery before first use or use the pump while connected to a power source
6. Center the nipple inside the flange before starting a pumping session
7. Begin in stimulation mode and adjust the suction level to a comfortable setting
8. Allow the pump to automatically transition to expression mode or switch modes manually as needed
9. Pause or adjust suction levels throughout the session for personalized comfort
10. Turn off the pump before removing it from the breast
11. Refrigerate or freeze expressed milk immediately, or keep it at room temperature for up to 4 hours before feeding
12. Label stored milk with the date and time of expression
13. Disassemble, clean, and thoroughly dry all washable parts after each use

• Refrigerate or freeze expressed breast milk immediately, or store at room temperature for up to 4 hours before feeding
• Never add fresh breast milk to frozen breast milk
• Never refreeze thawed breast milk
