Before first use, expel a short stream of mist.

Insert the tip of the nozzle into one nostril and press down on the textured area at the base of the nozzle so that a gentle mist coats nasal passages. Blow your nose very gently to clear the mucus out. Repeat in the other nostril.

To flush irrigate, tilt your head to the side over a sink. Insert the tip of the nozzle into the top nostril, pressing on the textured area at the base of the nozzle so that a gentle mist fills sinus passages and flows out the other nostril. Repeat in the other nostril.

The use of this dispenser by more than one person may spread infection.
