Specifications:

  • Tempdrop sensor is made from medical-grade ABS plastic and stainless steel, which contains trace amounts of nickel. The small metal stud can be covered with thin medical tape without disruption to readings.
  • Armband is composed of polyester, spandex, nylon, and silicon and can be replaced with other alternatives

    • S/M fits arms 8.5″D–15.5″D
    • L/XL fits arms 12.5″D–18.5″D
  1. Prepare for wearing: Insert the Tempdrop sensor into the fabric armband pocket with the pink button facing against the mesh fabric. The metal disc should be visible in the center of the pocket.
  2. Adjust the armband size: Hook the band to your approximate size. If a larger size is needed, use the extender.
  3. Position the Tempdrop sensor: On the upper inner arm, locate the soft dip between the muscles just below the armpit hairline, and gently move the armband up your arm towards the armpit, metal disc side against the skin. Position the sensor over the soft dip with the tip pointing towards the elbow.
  4. Check the fit: Make sure the band is firm but still comfortable. If you need to adjust it, remove the band and reposition the hooks. Once it’s correctly sized, keep it hooked and simply slide it in position.
