For children under 6 months of age, ask a doctor before use

  1. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
  2. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating
  3. Reapply immediately after towel drying
  4. Reapply at least every 2 hours when exposed to the sun
  5. Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  6. Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses
