  1. Dispense a ping pong ball-sized amount and apply to a single area (arm, leg, chest, or back).
  2. Repeat up to four times for full body application (tennis ball-sized amount).
  3. Spray onto hands and rub onto face (do not spray directly on face).
  4. Use a water-resistant sunscreen while swimming or sweating.
  5. Reapply at least every two hours.
