To apply:

Wash and clean nose with soap and water. Dry completely. Remove liner and avoid touching adhesive.

Center nasal strip on nose.

Press and hold for 30 seconds.

To remove:

Wet nasal strip with warm water.

Gently lift both ends and remove slowly to minimize risk of injury.

For external use over intact skin only. Do not use on irritated or sunburned skin or over sores.

Do not leave on skin for more than 12 hours per day. If skin irritation or any hypersensitivity reaction (e.g. rash, itching, pain, swelling) occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Persons who suspect sleep apnea need to consult their physician before using this product.

Each strip is single use only.
