Wax-Rx Ear Wax Removal Aid Drops:
Active Ingredient: Carbamide Peroxide (6.5%)
Inactive Ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract, Glycerin, Oxyquinoline Sulfate
Wax-RX pH Conditioning Powder Rinse: Ascorbic Acid [for cosmetic use only]
For use in-the-ear only.
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
- Tilt head sideways and place 5-10 drops into ear
- Tip of applicator should not enter ear canal
- Keep drops in ear for several minutes by keeping head tilted or placing cotton in ears
- Flush ear with very warm (body temperature) water using the Wax-Rx Ear Washer
Children under 12: Consult a physician.
Directions:
Step 1:
- Prepare
- Place several drops of Removal Aid Drops in each ear and wait 5-10 minutes
- Use ear plugs to keep drops in ears
Step 2:
- Wash
- Fill the bottle with very warm water and attach the sprayer
- Twist a disposable tip onto the nozzle
- Place basin under the ear and rapidly pump fluid into the ear
- Repeat as needed to remove all wax
Step 3:
- Rinse
- Empty 1 packet of Earvana pH Conditioning Ear Rinse into bottle and fill with very warm water
- Rinse ears with the conditioning solution
- Discard tip after use and any remaining solution
Drops may be used twice daily for up to 4 days or as directed by a physician.
For adults and children 12 years and older.
For children under 12, consult a doctor before using.
Do not use in case of fever, discharge, in the presence of tympanic tubes (tubes in the ears), or if the eardrum is perforated. If you are not sure of perforation, consult a physician before using this device.
Ear washing should not be painful. If you feel pain in your ears while washing, STOP! Consult a doctor.
Always use very warm water (not hot or cold) on a seated person.
Dizziness may occur, especially if you use cold water.
