Designed for use with the Paingone Fllow device, these replacement pads deliver EMS stimulation around the knee to help relieve arthritis pain. Each hydrogel pad adheres securely to the upper thigh and above the knee, helping activate and condition the surrounding muscles to improve strength and stability. The pads can be used along with Fllow’s footpad therapy for comprehensive lower-limb support. The high-quality pads are reusable and designed for multiple uses. This item requires the Paingone Fllow device to function.

- Clean and dry upper thigh and area above the knee.
- Remove plastic protector from back of each pad.
- Apply one pad to the upper thigh and the second above the knee (same leg).
- Power on the Fllow device and remote control.
- Press cycle mode button once.
- While seated or reclining, gradually increase intensity using the “+” button.
- Reduce intensity with the “–” button if needed.
- Relax and allow the program to complete.
This product is an accessory and requires the Paingone Fllow device. Do not use the Fllow device in the following circumstances:
- If you have epilepsy, heart disease, malignant tumors, serious cerebrovascular conditions, or other acute diseases (unless doctor-approved).
- If you are pregnant.
- If you have experienced recent trauma of surgery.
- If you have a pacemaker or implanted electrical device.
- If you have been diagnosed with or suspect deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
