  1. Clean and dry the application area.
  2. Remove plastic protector from back of each pad.
  3. Apply each pad to the desired area.
  4. Power on the Fllow device and remote control.
  5. Press cycle mode button twice.
  6. While seated or reclining, gradually increase intensity using the “+” button.
  7. Reduce intensity with the “–” button if needed.
  8. Relax and allow the program to complete.

This product is an accessory and requires the Paingone Fllow device. Do not use the Fllow device in the following circumstances:

  • If you have epilepsy, heart disease, malignant tumors, serious cerebrovascular conditions, or other acute diseases (unless doctor-approved).
  • If you are pregnant.
  • If you have experienced recent trauma of surgery.
  • If you have a pacemaker or implanted electrical device.
