  1. Remove the breast pad from its individual wrapper
  2. Peel away the protective backing from the adhesive strips
  3. Center the breast pad inside a nursing bra or regular bra with the soft side against the skin
  4. Press gently to secure the adhesive strips in place
  5. Replace the breast pad as needed when it becomes damp
  6. Discard after each use
  7. Store unused breast pads in a clean, dry place
